Line hanging down in yard

My xfinity line from the pole to my house is hanging down in my yard across my driveway after a recent storm. I need it to be fixed ASAP as I have a concrete delivery scheduled soon and the line is blocking the path of the concrete truck.

SuprXr Thanks for reaching out for help with getting a ticket in to get your line put back up where it belongs. You have come to the right team to get this put in for you to get it fixed as soon as possible, and I'm happy to help!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I am not an Xfinity customer, but your line is down in my yard. I have reported this three times, and at this point I am just going to go out with an axe and cut the line. This line allegedly serves over 400 homes, so I assume that will get your attention. Why is it such a problem to report this issue when I am not an Xfinity customer and do not have an account to log into? I can be reached at
