Line hanging down across a road way [Edited]

I have been calling since Helene hit my area to have a service technician come to home and address the line which is hanging down across a road way.  It is very hazardous.  This is insane.  I have reached a live agent once and they supposedly scheduled an appointment and no one has arrived.  

You have really lost me as a customer with your horrible customer service.
