Line Dropped
I have a line coming from a pole to my store that is no longer an active line. We are building an addition and going to underground utilities so this line needs to be removed. Can I get someone to remove this line?

user_gln06l thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. I understand that you would like to have a line removed that is no longer in use. Have you already verified that the line in question belongs to Comcast and not a different local company in the area?
