Line drop for tree work
Hi I'm trying to schedule a line drop for tree work for a neighbors line running under a tree on my property. I wasn't able to find a menu item for this on the support line. How would I go about scheduling?

@user_0cy9yv We do not have a line drop process and would be more of a reactionary restoration service if needed. If the line is clipped or damaged in any way the neighbors would need to reach out and let us know the situation and we would get out there to fix our line.
Please also note that sending unsolicited direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
