Had a small tornado pass through the yard July 15th. Took down our power lines and cracked a power pole. ComEd had the pole replaced and pulled a new line by 9PM on the 16th. It is now Aug. 29th. The Comcast Line is still hanging about 4 feet above the grass in our backyard. We have contacted Comcast multiple times to address this issue. The last repair ticket [ticket number] was closed because the technician 'COULDN'T FIND A PROBLEM!'. This line is low enough for our Grandchildren to hang on.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
