Line down
Had a storm come through and now the cable line is dropped down. Not quite on the ground but just a couple feet off of it at the low point. I've never posted so I have to make this before I am allowed to direct message, since that appears to be the only way to notify Xfinity of a down line.

@fcjanitor You can always report issues using the Xfinity assistant. Check out this article here for more information on how to do that. https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/report-an-issue It is super easy and no need to wait around for us to help!
