A tree fell during the storms and took down the xfinity cable. I, along with my neighbors have had no internet since Saturday morning. The line is laying in our back yard. However, xfinity will not let us report an outage. They keep telling us there is nothing wrong and that there are no outages in our area. It’s getting ridiculous!
