Line down in the middle of road.
Tried to do the right thing and let them know the line was hanging in the MIDDLE of the road. It isn't laying on the road it is hanging in the middle of it. I had an automated task to set a schedule. It is set to a week from today. It is slowing down traffic, having people swerve and on one occasion made a truck swerve into my yard that I have notice, I work 12 hour days so it probably happened more than once. Having no internet is horrible because my wife does work from home but I'm trying to attempt someone from now driving into a ditch. They don't seem to care or want to care. My wife finally got someone on the phone after over an hour of time while I was calling ATNT to see how fast I could get someone on the phone that was a real person. It took 30 minutes but sadly still leaps and bounds over what Xfinity is capable to do. As a side note they are crediting us $30 for the "inconvenience". But I would think that if a dangerous line hanging in the middle of the road would take a little bit priority than other services.
I am leaving this message here as to cover my[Edited: "Language"]. If a wreck occurs I will let the victim know that I tried, at this time it has been 3 days since the storm.
