Line down across vehicle in driveway

I've reported this 3-4 issues over TWO WEEKS and no response.  Can't get a human at your phone number. This is RIDICULOUS!

Hello @user_7l9ouw Thanks for taking the time out of your day to post on our Xfinity Community Forum. I hope your day has been going well, other than the issues with the line being down. I'm sure if I was in your shoes having to repeatedly report the same problem with no resolution I'd be a bit frustrated as well.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
