@user_078c4n Anytime your service is out due to a physically cut line the quickest option to get a service appointment to get service restored and a new line installed would be to use the Xfinity app and perform the basic troubleshooting. It will confirm your service is offline and automatically set you up with an appointment. Let us know if you have any issues getting that appointment set through the app and our team can jump in and assist with setting that up.
