Line cut to house
Frontier is installing fiber in my neighborhood. They accidentally cut the Comcast wire delivering internet to my house. Have had no service for two days. Customer service tells me to wait two more days and thanks me for being a valued customer.

You can manage your Xfinity appointment in the Xfinity app, or online portal. Sometimes you will see a possible sooner appointment option to have our local technician come out.
