I am waiting on a line burial and can't seem to get a real update. We just purchased this home and prior to purchasing called Xfinity and asked if service was available and was told yes. I explained that this is a rural area and asked if there would be any construction needed. I was told the home was good to go for installation. Well on my install date I was told a line would need to be run underground from across the street. My wife has to work from home and I need internet. I can not get answers from calling customer support. Its going to snow soon...then what? I hope someone from xfinity actually reads this and can help.
