Line Buried

Hello,

I had a line buried in my yard last week they left a mess, they pulled bricks out of the walkway and didn't put them back. They tore timbers out our the walk walkway and threw them aside and didn't put them back. They left a hump running through my yard, I had to go back over thee length of the yard over and tamp down where the ran the cable. They left a complete mess. I called they were of no assistance, I tried using the chatbot and it did not understand, Thank you

Greetings @user_wes6u7, I hope the week has been treating you nice. Thanks for taking time out of your day to post about your experience on our Xfinity Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear this has been such a hassle for you, I can completely understand how you feel with your yard being left a mess. I'd probably fell the same in your shoes.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
