Line Burial Request

I have had an Xfinity cable laying on my lawn for two months. A crew was supposed to bury it on 7/4/26. They showed up, looked at it, and left. I called Xfinity's main telephone line and they told me to schedule a technician. I did. Then "advanced technical support" called me that what I needed wasn't a technician and they were going to cancel the technician and I needed to schedule a "SRO Outside Technician". I did and was given Reference #[Edited: Privacy] from [Edited: Privacy] as the agent. He told me I would be contacted by dispatch within 3 days and they'd bury the line. That was six weeks ago. I've had utilities on my lawn marked multiple times. I'd really like this line gone. It's a maintenance hazard, a hazard to other utilities that have tried to do work, and is a tripping liability. How can this get resolved?

@XfinityMarcus Sent. I'd really like this resolved since it is both a trip and fall liability for my kids and it has a high risk of getting caught up in lawn maintenance equipment. Thank you.
