Line amplifier/extender needs resetting. Tier 2 support needed

On Hickory Leaf Drive, Hiram Georgia 30141, there is a line amplifier box that needs resetting.

Everytime I talk to Xfinity support on the phone or on the xfinity app they schedule a tier 1 technician to come to my home, but I do not need that. I need a tier 2 worker in a bucket truck to simply reset the amplifier at the street so my road will have service again.

This happens every time there is an electrical outage on my road for an extended duration. The amplifiers battery backup must be broken.

Please someone from xfinity, notify the teir 2 technicians so my entire street can regain service.

Thank you

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

For any others experiencing similar issues. I was informed that only field technicians can contact the tier 2 maintenance team and let them know to go fix issues on the street, power pole, lines etc. Customer support, tech support, even employees at xfinity physical store locations do not have access to the maintenance department.

So if anyone ever has xfinity cable issues outside, not related to your house or property, there is literally nobody you can call to report it. You have to schedule a field technician and wait several days for them to hopefully arrive, then they will call the maintenance team who then comes out in their truck and fixes the issues on the street.

If anyone from xfinity reads this, please add the ability to simply report an outage or something wrong outside. Do not tell me to use the xfinity app assistant to report it either because when you try, it simply says, "there are no reported outages in your area" which is silly since I'm the one trying to report the outage.
