Limited to 40mbit upload

New service to a condo I moved into. I picked up an XB8 today. I am only getting 40mbit upload.  I want to know if I have the mid/high-split / enhanced infrastructure/whatever in my community, and if so, if I can have my line looked at as to why I am limited in upload.

I looked at the modem and I have Channel 43 OFDMA Locked with Symbol Rate of 0

Thank you.

Good evening user_e7wt6u, and congrats on the new condo! I know moving is always an undertaking in itself, but I hope the move has been smooth for you so far 🙌 Aside that, I appreciate you letting us service you, and you're in the right place for help with your connection! Depending on the status of your area, your upload speed may be capped between 35-40mbps, but if you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account, I'd be happy to confirm those details for you 👍

To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
