It's sad the everyone is on here to complain about the same [Edited: "Language"] problem. I have TWO active now passes. One of them said that my information was invalid so I literally was only able to connect one device. I created another to connect to my TV and now it says that I have to many devices connected! This is absolutely ridiculous! The 855-216-8602 number doesn't even work in the confirmation email! You all are no help at all, especially to see so many people dealing with the exact same problem.,…

@user_qj147g Hello, thanks for the post. I'm sorry about what's going on with the wifi now passes. We are extremely limited on troubleshooting that service. I want to be sure you're using the right number. The number is 855-216-8902. There is a six where there should be a nine. Wanted to be sure of that.
