Limited connection in basement

Hello, I am unable to connect my devices including WiFi enabled gym equipment in the basement. They connect fine when not in thebasement. I’ve tried relocating my modem/router but then service is spotty elsewhere in my house. I’ve troubleshoot multiple times with XFINITY assistant including resenting the router. I pay for XFINITY pro and would like to get an extender for the basement.

My phone and laptop occasionally and they usually have 1-2 bars of signal

Thanks for confirming. You mentioned that you currently have XFINITY Pro, did you not receive an extender when you signed up?

I believe I got one extender but my home is very large. I tried to troubleshoot with the assistant without effect and couldn’t be connected to an agent
