Lightning Strike - Exposed Cable

Lightning hit the cable wire near the perimeter of our property. In addition, there is a thick orange cable that is exposed inside our backyard. We are not current customers but the exposed cable is dangerous.

I do not see peer-to-peer chat enabled and I understand I must post first to have it activated. What should I do? Pic below of lightning damage.
