Lightning fried my modem and my ps5

There was a lightning storm and it struck near my home and upon inspection it seems to have traveled through the xfinity line and into my home. It blew up the modem and traveled through the Ethernet cable to my ps5. Upon further inspection the line coming from the pole (which was supposed to be ran from the pole over the trees to the house) wasn’t grounded properly and obviously the reason this incident happened. I have photos of everything and tried to speak to a representative about it and was basically told it’s not there problem.
