Lightning Damage Claim
Lightning struck at my home last Sunday 6/11/2023, it came in on the coax cable hit the modem, router, switch and my access point, need to file a damage claim as the cable isn't properly grounded and destroyed my equipment. How do i get my equipment replaced?

If your modem/router is leased from Comcast, we can definitely send you a replacement. Will you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?
