Lighting strike took out line splitter for me and my neighbor.

I have done all the trouble shooting inside and the fact that the neighbors that share the same line split on the pole confirms it's a line issue.  The odd thing is all my televisions  have the channel they were last on playing but will not change channels.   I need the i telnet in order to do my job as I work from home.
