Lighting hit my modem

Good Evening, Lighting hit my modem at 3:20 today. My modem will not come back on. How can I get a replacement or a tech to come out.

We can ship you a modem if you like, but the fastest way to replace it would be to swap it at the nearest service center if there is one close. Do you know if you have a store near you that can swap it for you?
