Lifeline Relief Program

I was approved for a program that helps pay for my internet. It's called life line. They gave me a code in which I was told to give to my internet provider..

I was approved for life line it's a government  puritan that helps pay for inter service. I was told that  You need a cute to be applied.

@user_ae8418 The Life Line we offer is for home phone services, not internet. Comcast has worked with Philips Lifeline to certify that personal emergency alert response devices manufactured by them are compatible with Xfinity Voice. Are you referring to the Affordable Connectivity Program?

Hi @user_c60fd8, we do participate in the ACP program (Affordable Connectivity Program). This is an awesome program for our customer that qualify. Please follow this link for a step-by-step guide https://comca.st/3GeLCO0. You will need to apply using both the national verifier and Xfinity. Our team will be on standby if you run into any trouble during the process.

Hello @user_7f2a04. For future reference, please start your own thread, under the correct topic, for direct support. We are compatible with many assistance programs, you would need to speak to Lifeline, to see if they are aware of any programs compatible with Xfinity.
