Lies!

I signed up for service in May 2020 when I moved into a rental. I was offered some promotions and towards the end of the call, I was told it was a 2 year contract. I immediately questioned this as I knew I was there only temporary. I was assured that the service could move with me and if I moved to an area that wasn’t serviced, I wouldn’t be responsible for an ETF. Low and behold, here I am now, moving to an area that is not service and I’m being told I have to pay an ETF of $190. I’ve been sent back and forth between different representatives, leadership, and bulling associates and nobody wants to take responsibility. I was even told by one of the reps that this is a complaint that keeps coming in. Where is the integrity? I am so upset and frustrated and would never in a million years get this service again.
