Lies and thefys

I have been encountering individuals who have been dishonest and made false commitments. It seems that the information being provided is intended to bring this discussion to a close, and I have been trying to resolve several issues over the past five months. The treatment of loyal customers is surprising, particularly regarding the retraction of credits after confirming a return, which is then followed by further inaccurate statements. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] I believe there are many individuals who have been disadvantaged and mistreated due to your customer service representatives prioritizing sales over customer care and repeatedly providing false information.
