LIES ABOUT PLAN
I have been a customer for close to 8 years. We recently moved and choose to stay with Xfinity. However once we moved it has been one lie after the next. Our original plan was suppose to be for only $84 a month, but it wasn't. Called to fix and told that we had to sign up for paperless to receive a discount, did it, no discount. Tried to contact again, promises of even more savings, better deals. Little did I know that it threw out everything about the plan we liked and gave us things I didn't want. Over 8 hours, two days, of calls, chats, trying to fix it and get back what we originally had. Only to be given a new plan, a better plan, everything we wanted and more for cheaper. All lies, doesn't work and now we are being charged 2x the amount of our last bill, because our savings doesn't take place until September. Since moving a month ago I have had to contact Xfinity several times a week, with technical issues, billing problems, and now this!!!!! WE ARE DONE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!! Looking for a new provider. This is outrageous, I just can't deal with them anymore. And to top it off we still don't have all services we previously did. That was a lie as well. All fake promotions and confusing sells tactics to make you pay more. I hate that I have to go to another place because what we really wanted to have was the Xfinity stream app, which apparently is impossible to get now. No one understands anything we have tried to convey these last few days. Just try selling us different plans, and then trying to sell us mobile. ARE YOU KIDDING? You can't even get our internet plan right!

Big business against the little guy they are just to greedy and know you cant do a thing to big business
