LIERS And CANT GET NOTHING CORRECT!
I’ve been an comcast member for a long time.. once the switch was made to Xfinity everything changed drastically and not for the good.! Unfortunately, the customer representatives are hard to understand due to having a heavy accent.. then the customers representatives really don’t help with any problems you bring to their attention. They just send you in a circle and get you frustrated till you hang up. Xfinity really needs to work on the customer service side of things. I’m to the point of just taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of communication, service , and prices of things. It’s 2026 and there internet prices are not it.. my bill comes to 109$ after with a 30 discount. I’m not happy at all about the prices. Mean while frontier and others are low priced for convenience with this economy we’re living In but Xfinity can careless.. Xfinity get it together !!!!
