Lied

I was told someone would be coming today between 1 and 3 was told  lastnight and today to fix my internet issues that went down.  I don't like for someone to lie to me!!!

There are times appointments are cancel through an automated system if there was service to a local node/piece of equipment that verifies from our end the issue SHOULD be resolved. The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

My xfinity internet went down yesterday tec tried troubleshooting on the phone and said no worries someone would be here today lie!!!! Called at 2 today was told they would be here by 3 lie!!!!!! I have no,no, no internet!!!! What poor customer service xfinity is very very poor!!!!
