Lied to,hung up on,tried to get my finical information.

I am a 30.00 EBT locked rate for the entire time I have had service.as you'll see my bill begin going up incredibly a few months ago.each time I'd spend almost a hour on chat, during work hours and I always let them know but they adjust my bill properly.this time my bill was raised to 56.00 and I'd had enough.i call,this man which gave me his direct number and ext which phone said Hawaii, and he began to try to tell me he would lock my bill in at 30.00 a month for 5 years if I have him my credit card # to pay over $100 which made no sense because my second bill is not even supposed to be out until the 22nd of each month I have never once been late I have never once not paid up until this time then I had another person tell me that they were fixing my bill before this one but proceeded to try to sell me phones and when I did not buy the phones he did not fix my bill then I asked to speak to a supervisor which told me the only way that they would put me at $30 a month was if I paid $200 and something dollars then I go to log into my account I have been locked out of my account I had to reset everything I tried to explain to them that they aren't doing me any favors by locking me in for $30 for 5 years I'm already locked in for $30 because I'm in EBT customer I am fixing to change carriers if this is not fixed not just this bill but my additional bills and if you were review my bills you will see that I'm not lying I also have the transcript saying that he was going to fix my bill but never did I'm willing to go to the news I'm willing to go on social media whatever I have to do to get this situation fixed the man was trying to get my credit card that is unbelievable my number is [Edited: "Personal Information"] I went ahead and paid the $51 from last month to avoid my service being interrupted my next bill should not even come out until February the 22nd but it is already come out I am hoping that you will properly give me the credit that I deserve and fix my bill like I said if not I am going to go to the media with this I have never in my life dealt with anything like this for any bill that I pay I would appreciate an email back or a phone call thank you very much. And I would also like to add that I only use probably an hour and a half of Internet time because I am never home nothing has changed on my bill and please don't tell me it's because I ran out of promotion because that is untrue we'll go back to the EBT customer pays $30 nothing's changed on my bill I don't stream I don't order movies I don't do any of those things just basic Wi-Fi the smallest amount that you have I use.
