Lied to

Called few days ago and was told by a lady I  can continue to do seasonal hold for a month at a time then today they told me I have to wait 12 months before resuming the hold. Very frustrating being lied to and that the employees aren’t on same page

Hello, @BP. Sorry for the miscommunication. You can review the conditions for Seasonal Holds and learn how to manage your plan here. You must stay on the plan for at least 60 days. In the Central and West Divisions, they can stay on it for up to 270 days. In the Northeast Division, the limit is 180 days. You can return early with no penalty, but it may affect when you can use the plan again.
