Lied to by representative
Last week I contacted Xfinity via chat. I was told that there was a promotion starting today July 2nd and I would have to call to get the promotion for current subscribers. I was told that it would be a savings of $70 a month over what I'm paying currently. Call today and no such promotion is going on. I have screenshots of the chat from last week stating this. Are your representatives paid to lie to customers? Especially long-term customer such as myself!

Good afternoon user_woxbw8 I can assure you this is not the experience we want for you. Have you had a chance to review the Xfinity Plan Builder? You will be able to view current promotions there. Please let me know if this helps.
