Lied to by phone sales person and in store employee

I have been lied to by phone sales rep and a store employee. I want this situation rectified immediately. I want my phone numbers restored to the 2 mobile phones I was sent. I was told this was my only option to keep the numbers and now it is not happening. I WANT IT RECTIFIED AND THE NUMBERS RESTORED TO THISE PHONES OR GET THEMOUT OF MY HOUSE AND CREDIT MY ACCOUNT
