Lied to and mislead about my refund
I’ve been consistently lied to and misled about my refund. I will be submitting complaints to the fcc as well as bbb as well as submitting reviews on every forum I could think of. I have been on the phone with them for hours, and 98% of the agents have absolutely no idea what they’re doing and the ones who did straight up lied to me and hung up on me multiple times. I will never do business with xfjnity again.
