lied about reimbursement

I was promised on 2-3-2026, from "Tasha" that if I switched my cell plan form Verizon to xfinity mobile and if my phone balance was less than 500.00, they would reimburse you with a prepaid master card....Well, I paid off the 304.02 phone balance an suddenly, no one knows anything about this reimbursement and no ne answers the xfinity mobile line, it goes to standard services.... total bait and switch, systemic corruption

Customers can view the status of their incentive about one week after all required services have been activated. Have you had a chance to check on the status using the incentive tracker yet? I’m happy to help walk you through it or look into anything that seems unclear.
