I’ve seen over the past year and a half many customers experiencing the same thing that my wife and I did when we switched from T-Mobile to Xfinity. They had a promo and promotions that their salesperson told us they would buy out up to $500 what we owed on our previous phones they didn’t say it would be a credit card. They said they would pay off T-Mobile and 23 months after we left T-Mobile. We continued to get invoices in bills and found out it was because our phone wasn’t paid off and when I talked to Xfinity about it, they said they never offered such promos and you can do a Google search. It’ll say that they do offer from time to time, but they’re extremely short windows. They close frequently expire frequently quickly and don’t honor them as people as you can tell by the posts, I suggest as customers we tell everyone about Xfinity‘s practices in there standard operating procedure of high-pressure sales offering a lot of discount discounts a lot of debit cards a lot of credit cards that you can use to pay off bills that don’t show up and then short response times of 30 days if you don’t get it completed in that window, then you void the money, but we should let everybody know about their business practices and procedures and that they’re very kinky
