LIARS
I went to the Xfinity store in the Holyoke Mall in Holyoke Ma USA to return cable boxes. The customer service guy told me if I switched my cell phones over to Xfinity my bill would be a total amount of $75.00 with the internet I had and that cell phones were $15.00 each but you get one free. So my internet was 60.00 and 15.00 for 2 phones, well come to find out he lied and my bill is $120.00 / month. Plus I was offered 2 $100.00 visa gift cards which I never got. When I called customer service at the 800 number ther was nothing they could do, so now because he lied I pay more than I did before I switched. [Edited: Inflammatory]. I’m now in the process of looking for a new internet company and I will be switching my phones back to my old provider… I will be sure to let people at the store in the mall know when I go to flip out on the guy!!!! Please take my advice and don’t listen to them… If this has happened to you I’d like to know
