Level 2 customer service
I have been a customer for many years and need a few more days to pay my bill. Level 1 says they cant extend 4 more days, however i have been in this situation before and level 2 can help. Level 2 is also who advised that level 1 cant or wont assist. How do i reach level 2 customer service?

user_e0jtyr From the billing side of things, there is only one level of customer service/billing. Tech support has a few different layers, but billing is pretty straight forward. We are a corporate based team that supports our forums. As far as promise to pay is set up, there can only be one arrangement made on a past due balance. If there was a missed arrangement, then the account would locked out of that option until the past due balance is recovered.
