Letter of resolution for current outage.
I need a letter of resolution or an official letter of the current outage stating my name, address, outage, and restoration time. I currently work from home and it is a requirement due to not being able to preform job duties. How can I receive this? I have called in, I have use the AI chat, and requested supervisor assistance (which I didn’t receive).

@user_jazhi9 I appreciate you making us aware that you're currently experiencing a service interruption. I also work from home, so I know how important it is to always have a reliable connection. We don't have the option to provide you with a letter of resolution that includes your address.
The only thing I can think of is for you to log into your account online and take screenshots of the information you'll find that confirms your services are affected by this. You can also use the Xfinity app.
