We do not send out letters to your employers, but you should be able to find the information needed to document any interruption in service on the Xfinity app. A screen shot works very well in these situations. Let us know if we can do anything else for you.

where in the xfinity app does it show any information about past outages? it is not in the status center or under troubleshooting.
