Let Xfinity know about sprinkler system

I recently got new Xfinity internet with a technician coming out to run an orange cable. I am now receiving texts that a contractor will come out to bury the line, and that I need to update information regarding sprinkler system, pets, etc. using the Xfinity chat bot. I was not able to use the chat bot to update the information to let them know I have a sprinkler system. Can somebody help?
