Unfortunately it only goes back about 12 -22 months, so if you've had service longer than 12-22 months another way to determine how long you've had services is through the awesome xfinity rewards https://www.xfinity.com/rewards as depending on your status of your rewards, that can give you an idea how long you've been a customer.
