Legitimate text from Xfinity?

I got a text presumably from Xfinity Assistant saying

To ensure you get the best experience, Xfinity proactively monitors the network. Our tools have identified an issue with your connection that can cause issues with your internet and video services.

To fix this, I can schedule an appointment for a tech to meet you at <edited: personal information> to fix the issue and answer any questions you may have about your services. You'll need to be home, and it's at no additional cost to you.

@loisaf51 Yes, that is a legitimate text message from Xfinity. Please respond to it as soon as possible to get that appointment scheduled or when you have a moment please send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." You can do this by using the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page.
