Legitimate business website incorrectly blocked by Xfinity Advanced Security — drinknectar.co

Hello,

I'm the owner of Nectar (https://drinknectar.co), a consumer beverage brand. Our website is being incorrectly blocked by Xfinity xFi Advanced Security.

Xfinity customers attempting to visit our site are unable to reach it — most report a browser security/certificate error ("Your connection is not private" / NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID) rather than a clear block page, so they have no way of knowing the cause is their network's filtering. We've received a steady stream of support tickets and negative reviews from affected customers over the past three weeks before identifying Advanced Security as the source.

For context on legitimacy: we are an established brand operating on Shopify since 2019 with millions of customers and over 100 million units sold. We're one of the top-selling products in our category on Amazon (12,000+ five-star reviews). Our domain passes VirusTotal (0/90+ vendors), Qualys SSL Labs (A+ on all endpoints), and Google Safe Browsing — there is no malware, phishing, or harmful content on the site.

What I've done so far to no Avail:

  1. I submitted multiple re-assessment requests through the official checker at spa.xfinity.com/report
  2. I submitted multiple reports through internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/
  3. I've had multiple calls with support at number 1-888-565-4329

What I'm asking: Can a moderator or Xfinity employee help escalate this to the Advanced Security / security operations team for review? This is actively preventing your subscribers from reaching a store they're customers of, and every day of delay costs us revenue and costs them access. I'm happy to provide any verification needed — I can be reached at [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Thank you,
Cal

Hi user_1hfpcp! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Forum. I am sorry to hear that Xfinity customers are reporting that they are unable to reach your website. I certainly know the importance of getting this all figured out. To confirm, do you have a Business account with us?

Blocked website issues would be handled directly by our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team. Have you contacted them at 1-888-565-4329? They're open from 8:00 am to 12:00 am EST, 7 days a week.

user_1hfpcp, when calling our CSA team, have you reached and spoken with an agent from that team?

Hi Amira - yes, I've spoken to a human 5+ times. I did, and they sent me to the Internet Repair Dept twice. They were unable to help me. I was on the phone for well over an hour and finally had to hang up. I need a better solution. I’ve been calling for a month and not one person can help.
