Legal name change

Hello, my name has been legally changed. Although I have spoken with many customer service representatives via the chat feature, no one has been able to get it changed on my bills and accounts (Mobile and Internet).

Any help with that would be much appreciated, thanks!

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
