Legal name change

I need to change my legal name on my account. The former link I can find of how to do so on the support forums leads to a 404 page. The AI chatbot does not understand what I'm trying to say, and when I call customer service I am in an endless loop with another AI chatbot. I have no direct message button on the top right corner of the page on Xfinity Forums.

How do I get in contact with anyone who can actually help me do this instead of spending 30 minutes arguing with an AI that can't understand basic questions?
