Legal liability

Cable above ground is a danger to children, elderly and commercial riding mowers. Burial of cable is PAST due. This is part of documentation for lawsuit.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_3gt2ad, I do understand the importance of making sure everyone is your community is safe. Can you please share with me the location of the cable?

It is strung across the majority of my front lawn. Very dangerous. My account has my address. I certainly do not want to post my address.

I was referring to the location of the wire. All personal information will be done within a Direct message. However, I do need you to send me a Direct message with your name and address to your account, so I can proceed with having this issue resolved.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

The cable is strung out across the majority of my front lawn. Very dangerous. You should be able to obtain my address from my account- right? Surely you do not expect me to publicly post my address...?!
