Left out key information
the agent I was on the phone with at the time renewing my internet services told me that getting a mobile phone line would lower the bill on the internet plan but forgot to mention that the free phone that came with it would cost me monthly along with the fact that I had a 30 day period to return the phone so I don’t have to pay for it and now I’m stuck paying for the phone and I can’t return it.
