Left Off Worse

I spent hours on the chat trying to set up the new box we were sent. Not only did they not fix it they broke our connection to all our other 4 boxes in the house. Additionally, they were trying to sell me stuff the whole time. I we passed around to different people on the chat until eventually I was disconnected. So I tried calling the support phone number. After a half hour on the phone with them they said they cannot help us because we talked to the chat help line first. So, we are now left with more issues and absolutely no resolution.

To get a better idea of the issue you're having, can you provide some detail about the equipment you have in your home including the new box you received, and any error messages/codes you're receiving on your TVs?
