Left hanging by tech

I had an appointment scheduled today for service installation and the tech never showed up even though I received a text saying that he was at my location. I looked everywhere around the outside of my house and he was nowhere to be found. I tried to reschedule my appointment 3 times on that ridiculous chat thing and no one could get it right because all they have working there are foreign people who don't understand. I finally got to someone who does understand and she got the appointment scheduled correctly. I should not have had to go through this aggravation. I hope the tech shows up at the next appointment and the one who started all the trouble should be reprimanded for what he did. That is no way to do your job.
